Returns and Refund Policy
When a return is necessary given valid reasons (see below) the client can return the order after receiving an email with the instruction on how to initiate a return.
Client is responsible for paying return shipping unless the below scenarios occurs:
Incorrect Product: In case of an incorrect product received we will deliver the correct product once the client send us the proof of the incorrect received product.
Damaged Product: In case of a damaged product received we will send a new product to the client or we can refund 100% of the product price once the client send us the proof of the damaged product. Client has to provide pictures of damaged product.
Other valid reasons: If there is other valid reason for return or refund we will be more than happy to provide the return or refund once we have received all the info.
